Owning a computer is much like owning an automobile.  If it has been properly designed and configured with quality parts, it will run great.  However, it must be maintained, and eventually, components will fail if they aren't replaced.  Unfortunately, automobiles tend to last about four times longer than computers.

Most computer problems are caused by incorrect configurations, incompatibilities between software products, or software "bugs" that were not found prior to release.  Troubleshooting these problems requires knowledge, experience, access to constantly-updated resources, special tools, and lots of patience.  Fortunately, we have all of those!  If the problem is determined to be a failed component, chances are that we stock or can quickly receive the parts needed to have your system up and running in no time.

Perhaps your system is still working, but it just keeps getting slower and slower as you load it up with new software and try to keep up with emerging technologies.  Keeping up with advances in computer technology doesn't always mean purchasing a whole new system.  Performance can often be improved and enhanced by simply adding a faster processor, more memory, or a bigger hard drive.  We can assess the limitations of your current system and suggest various upgrade options.
